About the breed
Intelligent, loyal, and a beard to boot. The Standard Schnauzer is a medium, robust, deeply devoted breed — and in our home, the heart of family life.
Known for their strong, wiry coat, distinctive bushy eyebrows and handsome beard, these dogs know how to make an impression. A puppy raised with love in a busy family household grows up with better social skills and a calm resilience — less likely to be spooked, and far more likely to become your shadow.
Schnauzers have hair, not fur, with minimal moulting — making them a wonderful companion for allergy sufferers and asthmatics.
Feel like a run? Your Schnauzer will bound alongside you. Feel like resting? Your mate will happily keep your toes toasty.

Meet the Wolki family
Hi — we're Jake and Ann Wolki. Together with our four children, every puppy we raise grows up underfoot, in the middle of real family life.
Our days are full of small hands and wagging tails. Otto, Theo, Esmerelda and Royce are hands-on from day one — cradling newborns, gentling them to the noise of a busy household, and socialising each pup with the patience only children seem to have. There's something about watching them play together; their intelligence and gentleness make Schnauzers the perfect best mate for little people.
We've bred dogs for decades, and in 2015 we fell for Schnauzers. When we wanted something grander than our Minis, we imported pure-bloodline Standard Schnauzers from World Champion breeder Monika Skok in Croatia — to share with families like yours.
